The Motoring Enthusiasts GroupMEG is a new club with a diversity of enthusiasts and vehicles. The concept of a regional club which caters for all Marques & ages of motor vehicles is really catching on. MEG is a sub club of the Cronulla RSL Club as well as a memberof The Council of Motor Clubs of NSW.The aim of the MEG is to bring together people with an enthusiasm for motor cars of all kinds, to share their experiences on an active as well as a social basis. On the social front, whilst we intend to conduct all sorts of outings & events, the Group has expressed a preference for the dinner type of function where we drive to an interesting location, inspect the gathered fleet, tell tall tales, & then have a meal while reminiscing further about the vagaries of our favourite toys.We meet at 8.00 pm on the third Thursday of the month at Cronulla RSL and visitors are always welcome. For those of you with time on your hands on the first Tuesday of each month, don't forget the OASIS Run which takes us to a new & interesting venue & then for lunch which is now a favourite with a number of MEG members.Doug Linklater, President
