One of our new members is heavily involved in the below Festival, if you are keen to show your car please follow the instructions below, otherwise a great day to attend and look at some fantastic cars and loads of stalls.
The Members and friends of your Club are again invited to the Lugarno Lions Spring Festival Classic Vehicle Show. As our regular attendees will know, this event raises funds which are used to help a wide range of worthwhile local, national and international charitable causes. The show is open to ANY type of vehicle including cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, boats and more

Many clubs use this event as a ‘Show and Shine,’ Club Concours or similar - Why not get your whole Club involved? If you are an organiser of a Club please contact us so we can reserve a space for your members (that way you’ll all be together).

Club Coordinators are responsible to ensure all their members attending the event understand and comply with the Conditions of Entry which are printed overleaf.
Remember, the speed limit on the grounds is WALKING PACE.
Lugarno Lions Spring Festival & Classic Vehicle Show
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Safety continues to be our number one priority. For this reason, we need to impose some restrictions to ensure safety of all patrons.
The SES assists the Lions with ground control. This means that the SES has authority to direct vehicle movements throughout the park. All participants MUST adhere to any directions from either the Lions Club or SES personnel. Failure to do so will result in immediate exclusion from the park and refusal for all future events. NSW Police will be on site to assist in ensuring the safety of all attendees.
Register your Vehicle: Registration forms will be available at the Car Show Admin tent. Registration is not mandatory but if you don’t register then you won’t be eligible to win a prize.
Park Entrance: Vehicle show entrants can ONLY enter the park via designated entrance.
Entrance Times: The entrance will open at 9.00am on the morning of the event. For safety reasons all participants must be on the park by 12.00 noon.
Entrance Fee: $20 per vehicle will be charged for access to the vehicle show area. This show is run by volunteers so 100% of the money raised will be donated to charity. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
Award Presentations will be at 1:30 at the Car Show Tent.
Driving on the Park: Safety is our FIRST priority. Speed Limit is WALKING PACE.
Exiting the Park: All entrants will be expected to remain on the park until 3.00pm. If any vehicle needs to leave the park before 3.00pm the driver MUST comply with the Emergency Exit instructions.
EMERGENCY EXIT: If a vehicle needs to leave the park before 3.00pm it MUST be escorted off the park by a Lion or a member of the SES. It is a safety requirement that drivers MUST NOT drive through the park unescorted. If you need escorting off the park, please see any Lion and immediate arrangements will be made.
